Refund Policy

We allow all our customers to exchange their purchased articles, provided that the purchase was made within Pakistan.

Any article purchased from Faveza can be exchanged within 3 days of receiving the order.

Exchange is possible if the article received is damaged or has a size issue.

Exchange will only be accepted if the article is unused, unworn, all tags are intact, and the packaging is in its original condition.

Articles purchased on sale or with any discount are not eligible for exchange.

Cash refunds are not offered. Instead, you will be issued a coupon of the same value, which you can use to purchase from Faveza now or in the future.

To request an exchange, you can contact our customer service team by emailing us at infofaveza@gmail.com or contacting us through WhatsApp at +92 319 7388359. Please provide all the required information along with your order details. If all the exchange conditions are met, our team will provide you with the address to ship the article back to us.

Once we have received and verified the article, we will process your exchange and dispatch the new piece.
